Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
After 7 days from receiving your order, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error made by DAILY BEAUTY NEEDS LLC (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item).
If the return is approved due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Any issues with damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported in writing within 7 days of receiving your package.
Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
Please include your order number and clear photos (if applicable) when submitting your claim.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, opened products, used products, and items returned after the 7-day window are non-returnable and non-refundable.
